My suitcase was lost for 5 days, and all my important documents and my suit were inside the suitcase.
I called numerous times to try to locate my suitcase, and United assured me again and again that it was found and "on its way".
Complete lies... 5 days later, after the conference was already over, they found it, and delivered it to the airport, just in time for me to pick up and go home.
Ridiculous...
